How can I remove adverts from my game?

Adverts are important as they allow us to release our games for free. However, in many of our classic games rereleased under the "SEGA Forever" banner there is a specific "Remove Adverts" purchase that will remove adverts, while for other titles making any real money purchase from the store will remove adverts.
