You can unlock Sprites by taking part in special events, unlocking prize packages or by waiting 8hrs for a sprite bottle to unlock. (6hrs if you have purchased a Boom Boost in game)
You can claim Sprite Bottles but opening the inbox menu, which is located at the top of the screen.
When a Sprite Bottle is ready to be open, you will see a small red notification next to the inbox icon.
