You can also disable tracking for advertising purposes across all apps, or on an app-by-app basis. It's important to be aware that this setting will not disable adverts in your apps, but it will mean you will receive generic adverts and your data will not be used to target ads specifically to you. Google allows you to stop your data being used to personalise adverts across all apps.
