Please submit a support request and the team will look into the problem. Be sure to include:
- A screenshot of your purchase receipt, which you will have been emailed by Apple or Google
- The email address associated with the Apple or Google account you made the purchase with
- A brief but detailed description of what happened, when the problem occurred, how it happened, and any other information that you think we should know.
Please also note that we recommend submitting your request from in-game, as this means we'll be able to see some additional information that will help speed up your enquiry. Contact us in-game by going to the main menu, then tapping the cog icon at the top right. From here, tap "Support" to send an email to the team.
