Arena tokens are awarded once per day,and the prize you win is based on your position in the Arena Leaderboard. You can see your current position at the top of the Arena menu, and you can see what prizes each position wins by tapping the "Prizes" button just above this.
Once prizes have been awarded, you'll be able to collect them from your inbox. Access your inbox from the main menu, by tapping the envelope icon at the top of the main menu, then select the "Rewards" tab to view and claim your rewards.
