If you've had a problem with any real money purchases, please get in touch with our support team, who will be able to help out. Be sure to include:
- A screenshot of your purchase receipt emailed from Apple or Google
- The email address associated with that Apple or Google account which made the purchase
- The name of the game the purchase was made in
- A brief but detailed description of what happened, when the problem occurred, how it happened, and any other information that might be relevant.
