I lost my progress. Help!

If you lost your progress, this is usually due to a poor internet connection. Double check your game when you’re in a place with dependable internet or wifi, if possible.

If you believe your internet is stable but still have lost progress, please send us an email using the Contact Us button in Settings to resolve your issue.
